Weekly medical camps are held in various rural areas and slums, at the leprosy rehabilitation project, the community development project and at the soup kitchens. The residents of the hostel and old age home also receive medical care through routine health check-ups. Those with health issues receive timely care through the Bethany Healthcare center. While the healthcare center generally provides subsidized treatment, expenses are completely waived for those who cannot afford it.

CMCT expanded my horizons. I have been able to increase my skills through training programs for which I was sent. I began my career as a teacher, but CMCT gave me the opportunity to be a designer, a leader, and a mentor to women from difficult backgrounds.

CMCT has given us so many opportunities. It has always been ‘home,’ not just a hostel. I think every sponsor with CMCT should know that thanks to their support, children are getting a chance to realize their fullest potential.
