The Industrial Training Institute equips young teenage boys with skills in electrical and electronic engineering, two-wheeler and four-wheeler mechanism, computer hardware, automobile training, as well as repairs of mobile phones, air conditioners, and refrigerators. They are also trained in English and Mathematics.

Most boys have not had the opportunity to complete formal schooling. After an 18-month course, the boys are encouraged to get their certification, by appearing for a government exam. Not only does this open up doors for employment within India, but abroad as well. Several alumni from Bethany ITI have been placed with local businesses, and many now work overseas

Each course takes about 18 months to complete, after which, the boys are encouraged to appear for a government exam. A certificate from the government acknowledges them as being skilled in that particular area and paves the way for future employment.
