The Bethany Nursery and Primary School and the Bethany Higher Secondary School provide Tamil/English medium education to students from financially-weak backgrounds. Most students attending the school come from surrounding slums and are often the first in their families to ever attend a school.

The primary school located at Egmore has over 400 students, while the Higher Secondary School at Mogappair consists of over 1,000 students. The school has been consistently performing well in the board exam with over 90% pass percentage—this despite the fact that most students come from extremely vulnerable backgrounds. Some of CMCT’s sponsored children attend Bethany Schools.
